WordPress or modern stack?
If you update content yourself often, WordPress can feel tempting. It slows the site by default and Google notices. A coded site plus monthly support is often faster. That does not mean you're stuck when you need changes.

On a coded site, what I keep online is enough for a typical business site. If you run paid campaigns or traffic grows large, a paid web host makes sense - I can help. WordPress needs a web host from the start.
Process
Seven steps. You always know where we are and what I need from you.
You write - or I reach out. We go through the need, the goal and the budget. I usually reply the same day.
You get a brief form. Fill it in your own time: wishes, copy, logo and images if you have them. Nothing has to be complete - empty fields are fine.
I write how I see the site. We agree pages, order and extra wishes before the build starts.
Official invoice, VAT in order. Upfront is usually 50% - sometimes 25-50% if the situation allows. When the payment lands, I start.
You get a link to follow the work. I stay in touch - you do not have to chase me.
The domain is yours: you buy it, send login or fill in the details I give you. I connect the domain, Search Console and Google Business Profile when they belong to the job. Rest of the payment - then the site and rights move to you.
When the work is done I usually ask for a Google review. Not required - it helps the next business choose.
