What data is collected
Via the contact form: name, email or phone (WhatsApp), service choice, situation/message (optional) and privacy acceptance. Checklist download: name, email and a separate consent. Project brief (/fi/aloitetaan): company and project details, contact details, optional files (logo, photos) and consents. Technical server logs (IP, browser) only for security and abuse prevention.
How the data is used
To reply to messages, prepare quotes and fulfil contracts. Checklist: the file on this site and a possible reply on that topic. No newsletter or marketing list without a new, separate consent.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Contact: legitimate interest and contract (when you order). Checklist and project brief: consent (GDPR 6.1.a). Cookies are explained in the banner and on the cookies page.
Retention period
Contact messages and project briefs kept for max. 24 months, unless a longer retention need arises from an ongoing client relationship. Checklist details max. 24 months or until you ask for erasure.
Who receives the data
The form message is delivered to me through a Telegram bot (api.telegram.org) so I can reply. Telegram carries the message. It is not a marketing partner. I do not sell the data.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Telegram's servers are outside the EU/EEA. Telegram describes how those transfers are protected in its own privacy policy: telegram.org/privacy/eu
